Brilliant shop

What a great shop Helen's Wholefoods is. Piles of produce on tables outside draw you through the door and what a joy it is inside. It offers far more than just nuts and seeds and bran and the kind of things you might have associated with 'health food shops' twenty years ago. What a bargain a kilo of jumbo porridge oats costing (when I went in) a pound. That's half the price they cost in the supermarket. The walls are filled with jars of all many of things including dried herbs and spices, again really good value. it's not all healthy though - look out for the little bowl of fudge in easy reach of the till!
