That person who won the Euro lottery - I can't even imagine £13 million let alone £113 million. What on earth would anyone spend all that dosh on? Maybe sorting out Weymouth's traffic congestion would be a good use of money. A damn great flyover, right over the centre, to the seafront. Now that would be a good idea.

It would be good if they helped out a few local people, after all you could easily live on £10m, so why not give the rest away.
