A HENSTRIDGE man has denied stealing furniture when he was a tenant of a semi-detached house in Sturminster Newton.
Terry Andrew Nixon, 43, of The Cross, denied stealing items of furniture and other household goods, valued in all at £505, between April 20 and May 11 this year.
A trial has been fixed for January 11 at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court.
