A SHAFTESBURY man has denied threatening to burn down a building and damage machinery.
At Weymouth Magistrates’ Court, George Andrew Cooper, 44, of Calves Lane, denied assaulting Andrew Douglas Mills and causing criminal damage at Todber on May 26.
The allegations will now go to a trial at the court on January 26.
Cooper is on bail until then with a condition that he has no contact with Andrew or Roger Mills.
