This shop was just the thing when I needed a new cable to connect a monitor to my computer. They seemed to have every cable and connector you could ever want. They had the one I needed and it was a tenth of the price of the one I'd refused to buy in a 'warehouse' electrical store not far away. The assistant was really helpful chatting with me to make sure it was what I needed and offering advice on a problem I was trying to solve with my router. He looked it up and offered some suggestions without charging me anything for his time. I got the impression that if something went wrong with my computer they'd be able to give honest advice and talk to you in normal language, not geek-speak. I was impressed, but what is the experience of other people?
