Police appeal for witnesses to Melcombe Regis Burglary

Weymouth Police are appealing for witnesses or information after a house in Park Street, Melcombe Regis was broken into.

The intruders forced a window and entered the property just after midnight on Sunday 11 November while the owner slept. They stole a Dell Inspiron laptop.

Police Constable William Taylor, of Weymouth police, said: "This theft has caused great distress to the victim, and we are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen any suspicious behaviour in the area leading up to and during the time of this offence.

Witnesses and anyone with information should call Dorset Police in confidence on 101 quoting incident number 11:016.
