Police appeal after Weymouth Hotel burglaries

Police in Weymouth are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to step forward after two burglaries at seafront hotels.

The incidents took place on Thurdsday 13th December 2012 between 10pm and 10.30pm at the Richmoor and Prince Regent Hotels. In both incidents the offender went to the bar and stole a quantity of cash from the till.

Police Constable Andy Dickinson, of Weymouth police, said: "Following further enquiries, I am now able to release an image of a man I would like to speak with. I would urge the man pictured – and anyone who recognises him – to contact me."

Witnesses and anyone with information should call Dorset Police in confidence on 101 quoting incident number 13:432. Alternatively, call the free and anonymous Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111 (mobile phones may not be free).
